About INNZ

Guide in Te ana rock art centre.
INNZ is an organisation for New Zealand visitor engagement professionals and heritage interpreters. Our purpose is to share our knowledge, extend our skills and speak with a collective voice. Our network enables members who live and work in diverse, far flung and sometimes remote places to communicate with each other, sharing ideas, resources and support. You’ll meet a wide range of people including guides, zoo-keepers, park rangers, museum curators, writers, exhibition developers, designers and more.

We network to:

  • Share our knowledge, ideas and resources
  • Improve professional standards
  • Raise the profile of interpretation
  • Extend our skills
  • Support each other
  • Speak with a collective voice

INNZ is managed by a volunteer executive committe.
