Are you self-employed, looking for some flexible additional hours (4-6 hours per week) that uses your excellent written communication skills, administration ability and interest in how we communicate our natural, historic and cultural heritage?
The Interpretation Network New Zealand is a small member-based professional organisation that promotes the communication of heritage through guiding, exhibitions, displays, signage, audio-visual material. We work in museums, parks, gardens, zoos, aquaria, historic sites, art galleries. We also include private tour operators, consultants and academics all working in the area of the visitor experience.
This role is designed to support the executive committee to achieve their goals of providing an annual national conference, 2-3 professional workshops annually, maintaining and developing an engaging website and supporting regular communication through social media.
