  • Hear Jonathan Spring’s (Auckland Institute of Studies) perspective on the value of face-to-face interpretation based on his research into ecotourism guiding
  • Learn how to design your own cost effective digital interactive quiz using BrightAuthor with Amy-Johnston Bray (Christchurch Botanic Gardens)
  • Go back to basics with designer Sonia Frimmel (What’s The Story) demonstrating the end-to-end process of outdoor interpretive signs design and production
  • Make your choice of field trips to Waikato Land War sites, the living collections at Hamilton Gardens and Zoo or wetland interpretation sites in the district
